Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a full refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

Refund request submitted within 48 hours of the purchase date
Content viewed does not exceed 10% of the total course material
Request submitted via official email with full order details

Non-Refundable Cases

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

More than 48 hours have passed since the purchase
More than 10% of course content has been viewed
Any attached materials have been downloaded (where applicable)
Courses purchased at a discounted price or with promo codes (except in cases of technical error)

Refund Processing If approved, the amount is returned to your original bank card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank's policy

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem preventing access to a course you have purchased, we commit to resolving the issue within 24 business hours — or issuing a full refund immediately with no conditions applied.
