Refund Policy

At Elite Training & Consulting, we stand behind the quality of our training content. We want your experience to be fully satisfying, which is why we offer a clear and fair refund policy that protects your rights as a subscriber.

You are eligible for a full refund only if all of the following conditions are met:

• Refund request submitted within 48 hours of the purchase date
• Content viewed does not exceed 10% of the total course material
• Request submitted via official email with full order details

Refund requests will not be accepted in the following situations:

• More than 48 hours have passed since the purchase
• More than 10% of course content has been viewed
• Any attached materials have been downloaded (where applicable)
• Courses purchased at a discounted price or with promo codes (except in cases of technical error)

If you experience a technical problem preventing access to a course you have purchased, we commit to resolving the issue within 24 business hours — or issuing a full refund immediately with no conditions applied.

• Refunds are returned to the original payment method (bank card)
• Allow 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your bank statement
• If your card has been cancelled, an alternative refund arrangement can be made
